Khushboo is a well known Wellness Columnist who contributes her knowledge on wellness and Ayurveda with her columns in various international publications, mainlines and digital media. Based in New Delhi, her first Book as Editor on spas of India won  National Award by  the Ministry of Tourism in 2010-2011, a must read for all premium SPA owners, as a coffee table book.

A former  TV Journalist having worked for leading Indian news channels and newspapers like Times of India, Zee News, Aaj Tak and Headlines Today, she has won several awards in the field of wellness and Media. She has been featured and covered by leading dailies and magazines for her work and passion towards wellness.

A Masters in Mass Communication with IIMC( Indian Institute of Mass Communication), She is dedicated to making wellness a holistic practice and a part of everyday life for all, as for her it is a legacy that comes from her Mother Sayar Bothra, a Naturopath follower.
