World Luxury Spa Awards are presented in 32 categories based on country, continent and global basis. It aims to encourage and enhance service standards within the luxury spa industry. Voting is based on service excellence and is cast by spa guests. Spas will receive voting information and will be required to conduct voting campaigns in order to promote their participation amongst guests.
