This year China Spa Industry takes you to the land of “Giant Pandas” get up close with nature and health. The Spa China Summit and the Spa China Awards 2017 will be held from September 14 to 16th 2017 at the premiere hotel of Fairmont Chengdu. Chengdu is the capital of China’s Southwest Sichuan Province. The evening will see a combination of two major events, Spa China Summit and Spa China Awards 2017. This is the 11th Annual Spa Industry Summit and 9th Spa Industry Awards Ceremony of China.
The three-day event of Spa China Summit provides a unique and effective communication platform for industry insiders who have a keen interest in China Spa Culture. The Spa China Summit features spa professionals, spa owners and investors, and spa product and spa equipment brands. The Spa Awards Ceremony recognizes the leaders and innovators in China’s spa industry, and help to reward and promote industry quality standards.
Spa China Summit sees a panel of renowned experts speaking on diverse industry topics. Fifi Kao, Director and Editor-In-Chief, SpaChina magazine hosts the event and also publishes industry reports. She is undoubtedly credible opinion leader of China Spa Industry. Lisa Starr is well-known Salon and Wellness Business Consultant, Trainer and Educator. Lisa is also a Contributing Editor at Dayspa Magazine, Task Force Chair for the Global Wellness Institute Consulting Initiative, a regular contributor to global trade publications, a highly-rated speaker at spa and beauty industry conferences, and offers spa management courses across the globe.
Another remarkable speaker is Samantha Foster who is the Development Director at Destination Spa Management Ltd. She is known to be Asia-Pacific’s most experienced spa consultants. Twice awarded for her leadership in the spa industry, Samantha is currently founding President of the International Health & Wellness Alliance. Dr Deepak Dudmande who is Holistic Health Expert who is another esteemed speaker at the Spa China Summit. In over 30 years of diligent study and research, he has revived two long forgotten ancient Indian healing methods from Ayurveda, namely healing Mudra and flower fragrance therapy, which had been the forerunner of the western aromatherapy. He also made a number of important discoveries in the herbal treatment of chronicle disease such as diabetes, high blood pressure. Due to his outstanding contribution in the medical fields, he received four national awards, including the very prestigious Indira Gandhi Sewa Ratna Award by All India Economy Survey Award Council in 2012.
